Tips for health, home remedies, skin care.

This posting includes some tips that I discovered and have found important and useful in my everyday eating, home remedies, and skin care.

1. If you drink 4 glasses of green tea (hot or cold) a day you will reduce your risk of a stroke by 20%.

2. If you have high cholesterol you may be taking a statin drug.  Statins often interfere with energy.  To help increase your energy while taking a statin you should take 100mg of CoQ10 a day.

3. Home remedy for dull back pain.  Freeze some water with a few drops of peppermint oil in a dixie cup.  Once the water is frozen peel away the paper cup and rub cube on area to relieve pain.

4. Home remedy for a sore throat.  Take a teaspoon of honey,  1 tablespoon of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water.  Mix and gargle to help relieve throat pain.

5.  Remedy for a tooth ache.  Take whole cloves and rub the area to numb mouth and relieve pain.

6.  Remedy for bad breath.  Chew on a few pieces of fresh parsley.  Parsley contains chlorophyll  which will help with bacteria in your mouth.

7.  Try this for chapped lips.  Combine 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of sugar.  With a soft tooth brush spread the mixture onto your lips and let it dry.  The sugar will exfoliate the skin and help remove dead particles while the honey will help with healing.

8.  This is great for age spots and uneven skin tone.  Mix to form a paste, 2 tablespoons of gram flour(ground chick peas), 2 tablespoons milk, 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric.  This makes a mask that you spread on your face and  leave on for about 20 minutes or until firm.  It sets up hard and loosens with warm water.

9.  For soft skin to include your face, elbows, knees, heals, hands, etc.  Spread coconut oil over your skin and wash off with a warm wash cloth.  Your skin will feel soft and fresh.  You can also have great results with avocado.  Just mash up an avocado and spread on your face for a great mask.  Wash off with warm water.

These are just a few tips that are interesting and and you may find useful and save you time and money.

  1. Definitely believe that which you stated. Your favorite reason
seemed to be on the web the easiest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while people consider worries
that they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the
top and also defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people can take a signal.
Will probably be back to get more. Thanks
