I have been replacing sugar in my diet with honey.  I came across 
information on the benefits of honey and help with weight loss. For the 
past two weeks I have been trying the Hibernation Diet with honey.  This
 diet requires you to eat honey before bed to promote natural weight 
loss and a more restful sleep.  I take 2 teaspoons of honey in a warm 
(not hot) cup of decaffeinated green tea about an hour before bed.  I 
have been trying this for two weeks and have seen a difference in my 
sleep.  It also seems to be benefiting my weight loss.  I have seen a difference in the way my clothes are fitting.  I will let you 
know more as I continue on.
