I went to my local Walmart in search of Green Coffee Beans however I could not locate any. I had a feeling this might happen. I was going to order them online but figured I would look in the store first. Walmart does have them available online and I think this time I will order a few bottles to ensure that I don't run out in the future. If you are in search of green coffee beans I hope you have better luck at your Walmart.

Week 2 Journal Reflection:
How did you do with last weeks challenge?
*Were you able to eat more brown bread in place of white? This is a step in the right "healthier" direction.
*Were you able to find sprouted grain products? I really enjoy the "Way Better" brand blue chips are soooo good. I have found these at Fresh Market and Earth Fare Stores.
* Did you eat pretzels (whole wheat) in place of chips?
* Did you eat brown rice in place or white? This is another very big step toward healthier eating.
* Did you eat more brown, whole-wheat pasta in place of white? The brown pasta taste just as good as white and if you don't tell your kids the difference they will never know.
*Were you able to bake with whole wheat flour in place or bleached-white flour? It is so much better to bake your own cookies, cakes, etc. for then you can control the ingredients and ensure they are healthy.
Thanks for taking the week 2 challenge. As you reflect on the food you recorded think how you could adjust your choices to be even healthier. If you were only able to accomplish one challenge try to include another along with this weeks. This
journal will help you take baby steps toward changing your eating habits
that you will be able to maintain into the future.
