After researching cellulite I discovered that one of the key ingredients in the successful creams is caffeine. My daughter Sarah came up with the idea of using coffee grounds as a homemade cellulite cream. She mixes leftover coffee grounds with a few tablespoons of body lotion and spreads it on her legs where needed. After rubbing the mixture onto the cellulite area leave it on for about 10 minutes then wash it off. One thing to note is this can be messy and some of the grounds may fall off your skin onto the ground as they dry. She suggests standing on a garbage bag, newspapers, or in the tub. Sarah notes this process makes your skin really soft for it acts as an exfoliant. Give it a try and save yourself some money.
I plan on using this process at least 3 to 4 days a week and will report on my results.
